We sell 100% authentic preloved luxury items. Each item is carefully inspected, but minor signs of wear may be present. Product descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All items are sold as-is and may or may not include original packaging or accessories.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through our website (major credit/debit cards). Payments must be completed before order processing. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before shipment.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship nationwide using USPS and UPS. Shipping times vary depending on location. All shipments are tracked and insured. We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. 

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, unless an item is proven to be inauthentic. We try our best to disclose any flaws and condition of each item. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 3 days after receiving the item(s) and provide a detailed information about your issues or concerns. Please allow us 3-5 business days to investigate and resolve the issue. 

6. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items sold are 100% authentic. If you believe an item is not authentic, you must provide proof of authentication from a recognized third-party authenticator within 14 business days after receiving the item(s). If proven inauthentic, we will issue a full refund minus return shipping fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or free from errors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (with the exception of brand names that are not owned by MR & MRS LUX LLC and is only used for informational purposes) including images, text, and logos, may not be used without permission.
